Manages all social media channels for the brand, inclusive of scheduling of posts and carrying out campaigns on the platforms in order to engage with the target audience
Identify social media trends and ways in which to leverage the same for engagement
Analyzing of social media insights and website visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency Responds to comments, queries, etc. across all social media channels
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Develop social media content whenever required
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing /Content Management is a mus
Experience within Social Media/Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage
Good knowledge and experience in basic graphic design concepts and applications is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills including listening, assertiveness, decision making and relationship building
Willingness to learn and be able to pick up new skills quickly
Good attention to detail and focus on quality
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
