Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you would be working collaboratively on developing a trusted relationship with strategic customers and taking solid initiatives in key account management in the Telecommunication industry.

Responsibilities:

• Building long lasting relationships with key clients.
• Acquiring thorough understanding of key client requests, technical needs and other requirements from the clients.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolving any issues and difficulties faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Preparing regular reports on growth and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

• If you have hands on experience with sales and providing solutions based on customer needs in the Telecommunication/ IT fields and have a natural passion in the subject.
• Professional knowledge in Telecommunication/ IT domains is desired for this role.
• Being familiar with communications channels and be skilled in building strong professional relationships while having the ability to make enhancements and improvements to the processes involved being a motivated individual who would achieve shared goals and results by sincerely providing a helping hand to others.
