Associate Manager - Accounts Receivable

Job Description

We are currently seeking top-tier talent for the position of Associate Manager, Accounts Receivable (O2C) at our client's facility in Horana.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for overseeing their credit function, customer collections, and AR management to minimize risk and optimize company cash flow. The ideal candidate will partner closely with our Credit Control Manager to drive collection targets, maintain strict SAP governance, and deliver insight into key metrics like DSO and BPDSO.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of robust experience in O2C/AR management, ideally within a multinational or manufacturing corporate environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting OR a part-qualified Chartered Accountant/ CIMA/ ACCA.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel). Direct, hands-on experience with the SAP O2C module is a significant advantage.
• Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills (English and local languages), and the resilience to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
