Wireless Product Manager

Job Description

The Wireless Product Manager is responsible for driving business growth and customer success by developing, positioning, and promoting wireless network solutions. The role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development to deliver competitive wireless solutions and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wireless network domain.
• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Develop and present wireless solutions, proposals, and business cases.
• Support sales teams in customer meetings, workshops, and tender activities.
• Define product strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Work closely with engineering, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging wireless technologies.
• Provide technical guidance on wireless technologies, including 4G, 5G, and microwave solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, mobile networks, microwave transmission, or wireless solution design.
• Experience in product management, pre-sales or solution architecture is preferred.
• Good understanding of 4G/5G networks, wireless access technologies, and microwave transmission.
• Familiarity with overall telecom network architecture and wireless solutions.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging wireless technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Professional certifications in telecommunications or related technologies.
• Experience working with telecom operators, enterprise customers, or technology vendors.
