Conduct workspace tours and explain membership packages confidently.
Handle inquiries, bookings, and day-to-day member requests.
Coordinate meeting room and event space bookings.
Maintain excellent relationships with members and ensure a positive customer
experience.
Address complaints or operational concerns promptly and escalate matters to
management.
Daily Operation and Facility Management
Carry out daily morning inspections of the entire workspace to ensure cleanliness,
readiness, and functionality.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors when necessary.
Ensure all common areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and office spaces are properly
maintained.
Monitor and replenish office, pantry, and operational supplies.
Ensure required stock purchases are coordinated on time.
Administrative & Basic Accounts
Manage petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
Assist with basic administrative and operational documentation.
Support management with operational coordination and reporting when required.
Events & Community Engagement
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Contribute to building a vibrant and engaging community within Wspace.
IT & Technical Support Coordination
Understand and support basic IT and network-related operations within the workspace -
WiFi/network troubleshooting, printer setup, device connectivity, and meeting room tech
systems.
Coordinate with external IT support teams when technical issues arise.
Ensure meeting room equipment and technical facilities are functioning properly before
bookings and events.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and petty cash handling.

Preferred Experience
Experience in hospitality, front desk, administration, or coworking environments.
