Overall responsible for the smooth running of the day- to-day MEP Operations, Management and Maintenanceof the high-rise Office Tower and shopping mall(predominantly Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbingservices) including Safety, Tenancy Design Coordinationworks, Car Park, and other works required for thegeneral upkeep of the Commercial complex.
Planning, executing and coordinating sound MEP Operational programs in accordance with establishedpolicies and procedures while maintaining complianceand annual budget.
Preparing annual Budget (Operational & Capital expenditure).
Preparing monthly Operational analysis and Management reports.
The Person:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in MEP operations and facilities management, preferably in high-rise commercial buildings, office towers, or shopping malls.
Strong hands-on experience in managing MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection systems, ELV, BMS, and telecommunication systems.
Proven experience in team leadership and supervision of multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
