Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events within the mall.
Maintain a log of daily customer interactions and report recurring issues to the management.
Conduct daily checks of mall facilities to ensure readiness, including clean restrooms, functionalelevators/escalators, and well-maintained commonareas.
Maintain daily logs of customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, or events.
Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events within the mall.
The Person:
1 to 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service within a mall, hospitality, or retail environment.
A Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is considered an added advantage.
Proficient in office software with a basic understanding of digital tools.
Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work on roster basis, including weekends and mercantile holidays.
