Senior Executive - AI Integration & Operation Analytics

Job Description

The Job:

• Lead and coordinate group-wide asset specific AI process automation initiatives, including identifying automationopportunities, mapping internal workflows, working closelywith IT and vendors, overseeing implementation, drivinguser adoption, and tracking efficiency gains and manpoweroptimization. Ensure AI tools are effectively used foranalytics automation, reporting, and enhanced customerand tenant insights.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, creating SOPs, monitoring system performance,and recommending enhancements to maximize ROI from AIand automation investments.
• Group tenants by category, track category performance, benchmark top and bottom performers, and support churnplanning through data insights.
• Support development and analysis of Tenant Satisfaction Index and Customer Satisfaction Index through surveys andsimple app tools.

The Person:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI implementation / process automation / digital transformation or business analytics roles.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems / data science / computer science / engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar).
• Proven exposure to internal process mapping, manpower optimization, and workflow redesign.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated solutions and AI-driven workflows.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to drive change adoption across teams.
• Self-driven, structured thinker with strong problem- solving capability.
