MARKETING EXECUTIVES - FEMALE 

• We are in search of driven and reliable Marketing Executives to market and sell imported building materials such as architectural paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels.
• Your efforts will help us meet and exceed our business goals, playing a vital role in our company's rapid and sustainable growth. 

Job responsibilities: 

• Market and sell paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels.  
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.  
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.  
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. 
• Meet with architects and developers.  
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. 

Requirements and skills:  

• Proven experience in marketing. A background in Hotel Management is also acceptable.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala, and the ability to converse in Tamil is advantageous.  
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Office. 
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.  
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.  
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.  
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 
• A diploma in the relevant field will be advantageous.  
• A minimum of 3 years in marketing similar products. 
• Below 26 years of age.
