Key Skills :
* Previous experience in hotel or boutique villa management.
* Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
* Ability to supervise housekeeping, front office and service staff.
* Strong guest relations and communication skills.
* Experience in handling reservations and operational coordination.
* Ability to work independently and maintain high service standards.
* Good command of English (additional foreign languages would be an advantage).
* Hospitality qualification preferred.
* Age below 50 yrs.
