We are hiring a Senior Manager –Sales and Operation, on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a multi-year Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with the regulatory and competitive landscape of assigned markets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a robust pipeline using the company’s CRM system, ensuring consistent visibility to executive leadership.
Lead and drive complex, long-cycle, C-level enterprise sales across key verticals, including Financial Services (BFSI), Government, Telecommunications, and other relevant sectors.
Establish and strengthen strategic alliances with telecommunications providers, distributors, system integrators (SIs), and technology partners within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of Channel Partners and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to expand market reach and enhance service delivery.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities (e.g., Zero Trust, Cloud Security, XDR), and adapt regional sales strategies accordingly.
Lead high-value contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and compliance with regional commercial and legal standards.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts based on business performance, aligning with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Leadership, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to ensure effective GTM execution.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team by setting clear KPIs and fostering a results-driven, ethical sales culture.
