The Business Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across key industry verticals. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strategic client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s overall market expansion and cybersecurity service adoption.
Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across target sectors including Financial Services (BFSI), Manufacturing, Hospitality, Government, and Telecommunications within the assigned region.
Develop and present customized cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements, including Managed SOC, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, and Cloud Security offerings.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, solution positioning, and proposal development to negotiation, deal closure, and transition to delivery teams.
Achieve assigned quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall organizational growth objectives.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum 4X coverage against assigned revenue targets.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide regular updates on pipeline health, deal progress, and potential risks.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Track and monitor sales performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary to meet targets.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and aligning suitable cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagement stages.
Effectively manage the entire sales cycle to ensure timely progression and closure of opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, proposal alignment, and successful deal execution.
Lead the handover process to the Project/Delivery team, ensuring clear communication of scope, expectations, and deliverables.
Work closely with Technical, Pre-Sales, Partner/Customer Success, and Marketing teams to close complex deals.
Partner with Marketing to plan and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and market penetration.
Provide customer insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and solution effectiveness.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including those driven by emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, competitor positioning, and industry developments.
Support and contribute to Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable contractual terms and profitability.
Coordinate with finance and clients to ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy cash flow.
Maintain accountability for revenue realization and financial performance across assigned accounts.
Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and cybersecurity forums.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and agencies.
Promote the organization’s cybersecurity portfolio and strengthen market presence.
