We are hiring an HR Assistant on behalf of our client company. The HR Assistant supports recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration in line with current industry legislation and organizational policies. The role ensures compliance, accurate staff records, and effective HR support to management.
Responsibilities:
Recruit staff in line with industry legislation.
Update and maintain applicant checklists.
Obtain and assess two written references from previous employers.
Set, monitor, and meet recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment quality assurance processes.
Create and maintain electronic staff files.
Update Care/Support Worker records as required.
Carry out accurate data input.
Add staff to Workforce, Access Workspace, and Atlas.
Assign initial Atlas and Workspace training.
Provide HR support to the management team.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports as required.
Download training reports from Access Workspace & Atlas on a weekly and send email reminders to staff to complete.
Send weekly training updates to the RM/DCM/HRM.
Maintain personal development in line with industry requirements.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Line Manager.
