Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to support our Site Engineer in day-to-day site operations. This is a practical, field-based role suited for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working on active construction sites, specialising in Microtunelling. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Engineer in daily site activities. 
• Coordinate and manage site workers (including foreign teams).
• Monitor and report daily work progress (pipe jacking operations).
• Handle site errands and coordination tasks with suppliers and machine operators as required.
• Travel between site and client offices for submissions and follow-ups. 
• Coordinate material deliveries and basic site logistics. 
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

• Prior site/construction experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. 
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must own a motorbike (petrol & maintenance provided). 
• Able to work flexible hours when required.
