At Mackly, customer
service is not a backend function. It is a brand-building role.
We are looking for
someone who genuinely loves talking to people and is comfortable handling
back-to-back customer calls from morning till night. This is a call-heavy role
and requires patience, emotional control, and strong communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Handle high volumes
of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Communicate clearly
and confidently in fluent English
• Address customer
queries related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, and products
• Coordinate with
internal teams to get accurate updates and solutions
• Follow up with
customers and close tickets end-to-end
• Maintain proper
documentation for every call and interaction
• Deliver service so
good that customers leave positive reviews
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
(NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Fluent spoken
English
• Comfortable with
continuous phone calls throughout the day
• Extremely patient,
calm, and emotionally steady
• Strong follow-up and
documentation skills
• Someone who
genuinely enjoys talking to people
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Ability to speak
Tamil and/or Sinhalese
• Prior experience in
customer service, call centres, retail, or e-commerce
IMPORTANT NOTE
This role requires
high responsiveness and comfort being on calls for most of the working day.
If you dislike
phone-based work or get easily affected by customer behaviour, this role will
not be a good fit.
