Solution Engineer - Service

Job Description

As a Product Configuration Engineer, you would be working collaboratively on service solutions operations for our client company. This will be an exciting role for you if you would like to expand into new horizons.

Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs, requirement documents, customer concerns, and attend sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer requirements.
• Create bills of material, process change orders, and updating and maintaining all the internal system data.
• Responding to and solving bill of material issues in a thorough and expedient manner, ensuring our customer needs and expectations are met.
• Should have the capability to convert requirements to develop cost efficient solutions that are consistent with the business, information and technology.
• Interact with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Account Managers, Experts and External Customers to define and provide solutions to improve their competitive position.

Requirements:

• If you possess a professional background in Telecommunications with a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics.
• If you have a minimum of one year of experience in the telecommunications domain, with exposure to Radio Access Networks (RAN) or Transmission/Core networks, and a sound understanding of project delivery processes.
• If you are able to manage tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced changing environment
• If you are a result oriented team player who has the ability to create a work environment that sparks focused approaches to drive company growth.
