Financial Analyst / Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Financial Analyst / Assistant Manager on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct macro-financial and sectoral analysis covering banking & financial services, capital markets, fintech, professional services, logistics, and real estate.
• Assess the economic and fiscal impact of proposed policies, incentives, and regulatory frameworks related to company operations.
• Develop financial models (DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis) to evaluate company development initiatives, anchor investments, and sector-specific strategies.
• Support the design and evaluation of incentive structures, tax frameworks, and offshore financial models in alignment with national macroeconomic objectives.
• Analyze global financial center benchmarks to identify best practices applicable to the company.
• Track and analyze key macroeconomic indicators.
• Monitor global financial market trends and assess implications for investor appetite and company positioning.
• Build and maintain internal databases and dashboards for strategic monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years professional experience.
• CFA (Level I/II), MBA, or postgraduate qualification in Economics/Finance.
• Experience working on large infrastructure, urban development, or financial centre projects.
• Exposure to public sector, multilateral institutions, or international consulting firms.
