We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride inaccurate inventory control, and contributes to smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Ensure all received items meet required quality and quantity standards before acceptance.
Store materials neatly and systematically in designated storage locations to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and transactions using inventory management systems (including SAP).
Conduct routine and periodic stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances between physical stock and system records.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
Follow proper storage, handling, and safety procedures to minimize damage, loss, or safety risks.
Accurately prepare and maintain inventory documentation and reports.
Support internal audits and inspections by providing up-to-date inventory records.
Requirements:
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
Diploma in Inventory Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems will be a strong advantage.
Strong Excel skills and basic computer literacy.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
Ability to understand and communicate in English.
