We’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead with purpose, inspire their team and create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory handling and visual presentation.
Ensure that visual merchandising consistently reflects the brand’s identity and seasonal priorities.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience, from greeting visitors to managing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking and conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and availability.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute promotions, in store campaigns and brand events.
Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Lead recruitment, training and development initiatives to build a capable and motivated showroom team.
Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, with proven leadership capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer first mindset.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage teams and maintain operational excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
