Showroom Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for a Showroom Executive who leads with confidence, supports their team and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run environment where customers feel comfortable, heard and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory handling and overall upkeep.
• Ensuring visual merchandising reflects company's brand identity, product focus and seasonal campaigns.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking and carry out regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, in store campaigns and brand activations.
• Track sales performance, review trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
• Support hiring, training and development to build a capable, confident showroom team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear customer first approach.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive sales and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
