Key Responsibility:
Maintain and manage all MEP documents for the project, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and material approvals.
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving in accordance with project and company procedures.
Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of MEP documents and ensure only approved versions are distributed.
Collaborate with MEP engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and the main contractor to track and monitor document flow.
Maintain up-to-date logs of documents (e.g., drawing logs, submittal logs, material logs).
Coordinate with the Document Control team and project controls team to ensure consistency and integration across project documentation.
Support the QA/QC team in collecting and organizing MEP inspection records and test reports.
Assist in the preparation of document packages for handover and closeout.
Working Experience/ qualification with SLS & ISO standards.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Document Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller in MEP or construction projects.
Proven experience in managing technical documentation and submittals in line with project specifications.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proactive and methodical with a commitment to maintaining high document accuracy.
The selected candidate will be required to work on our overseas projects.
