We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate all food and beverage operations at our resort in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is critical in driving service excellence, revenue growth, cost control, and team performance across all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, room service, and special events.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize F&B revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards in line with brand and resort expectations.

• Lead, train, motivate, and manage F&B teams to maintain high performance, engagement, and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with culinary, sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, manage inventories, and analyze financial performance to achieve targets.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

• Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships in coordination with the Executive Chef.

• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging F&B concepts within the UAE hospitality sector.

• Represent the resort during inspections, audits, and industry events as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B leadership role within a hotel or resort environment.

• Minimum 7–10 years of F&B experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

• Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality and food & beverage market.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost control.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural resort environment.

• Hands-on, guest-focused approach with a strong eye for detail.

• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant food safety certifications (HACCP) are an advantage.
