We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate all food and beverage operations at our resort in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is critical in driving service excellence, revenue growth, cost control, and team performance across all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, room service, and special events.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize F&B revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards in line with brand and resort expectations.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage F&B teams to maintain high performance, engagement, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with culinary, sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Monitor budgets, control costs, manage inventories, and analyze financial performance to achieve targets.
Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
