Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead IT projects using Agile/SCRUM methodology. The role requires close collaboration with US Time Zone development team  + IT  and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Work with JIRA Software and Confluence on a daily basis.
• Plan and facilitate sprints (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Define project scope and manage scope changes.
• Collect, track, and manage bugs reported by stakeholders.
• Maintain bug tracking and collaborate with development teams.
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with JIRA Software and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodology.
• Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good spoken English language.
