We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
Monitor project costs and manage variations, claims, and final accounts
Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in tendering processes
Conduct cost analysis and provide financial reports to management
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, standards, and regulations
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to control costs
Assist in contract administration and documentation
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying (preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost management
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Willingness to work in any location across the country
