Reservations cum Sales Associate

AKMT Holidays is a growing luxury travel company specializing in tailor-made Sri Lanka experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations cum Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines travel reservations, customer handling, and sales support, playing a key part in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media platforms
• Prepare and manage hotel, transport, and excursion reservations
• Create customized travel quotations and itineraries for clients
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and client databases
• Provide excellent pre-arrival and post-arrival customer support
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, reservations, or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; additional languages are an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Sri Lanka destinations and travel services
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems)
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
