AKMT Holidays is a luxury travel company specializing in tailor-made travel experiences across Sri Lanka. We are seeking a professional, well-mannered, and reliable Chauffeur to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, comfortable, and premium transportation services while maintaining high service standards for local and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests according to confirmed itineraries and schedules
• Provide a courteous, professional, and friendly experience to all clients
• Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the vehicle at all times
• Assist guests with luggage and basic travel needs
• Ensure punctual airport transfers, hotel transfers, and excursion transport
• Follow traffic laws and company driving standards at all times
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations team regarding schedules
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure timely servicing
• Promote AKMT Holidays services professionally when appropriate, contributing to sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid Sri Lankan driving license (light or heavy vehicle, as applicable)
• Previous experience as a chauffeur or tour driver (tourism experience preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka routes, tourist destinations, and road conditions
• Professional appearance, good manners, and customer-service mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and long-distance trips
• Clean driving record
