Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the security company to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and coordinate carder management including recruitment, deployment, training, and performance monitoring of security personnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Promote and drive adoption of the company’s security solutions and systems to existing and potential clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the private sector security service provider company.
Strong background in carder management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in promoting and selling security systems/solutions will be a strong advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
