We are expanding our corporate sales division and invite applications from accomplished senior business development professionals who have a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Role Overview - Identify, pursue and close high-value B2B opportunities (typical deal size LKR 2–20 million) - Develop and execute strategic account plans for key verticals - Build and eventually lead a small inside-sales team - Report directly to the General Manager
Remuneration & Benefits - Basic salary: on par with market (negotiable for proven closers) - High, uncapped commission structure (our top performers exceed 300,000 in monthly totalcompensation) - Fuel allowance - Other performance incentives
Essential Requirements - 3–5 years of hands-on B2B business development experience - Demonstrable history of achieving 100% or more of revenue targets for at least the past 18–24months - Established network of C-level and senior decision-makers - Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
