Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support our Hong Kong Back Office operations from Colombo. The role involves back-office coordination, data entry, and communication through emails and WeChat.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support to the Hong Kong Back Office team.
Coordinate daily tasks through email and WeChat communications.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist in resolving customer and operational queries in a timely manner.
Ensure smooth internal communication and workflow between teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
