Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, implement and manage HR policies, and foster robust employee relations. Additional day-to-day tasks include addressing employee concerns, managing recruitment, onboarding, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Human Resource processes
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
