We are hiring a Customer Care Officer on behalf of our client. This is a front desk customer service role which requires front line customer handling experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer or guest handling in hospitality, real estate, shopping malls, retail, airline/ aviation or any other similar sector.
A diploma or certificate in Business Management, Customer Management or Hospitality or similar discipline.
Excellent command in English, ability to work and pressure, good interpersonal skills.
Willingness to wear a uniform and work on the floor whilst handling physical customers.
