Procurement Executive

Job Description

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for supporting Procurement Manager, implementing procurement process to procure all foreign material and service supplies to the warehouse within the estimated time, at the right price, from the right source for smooth functioning of the plants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform procures process for foreign supplies & services for Warehouse Maintenance, Warehouse Production, Warehouse Admin & HR, Warehouse Quality Assurance & Process Development, Warehouse Logistic & Procurement, Warehouse Safety, AKL Quarry, and other subsidiaries.
• Maintain Compliance with Procurement Policies & Procedures (P&P) at vendor selection considering factors of Organization Efficiency, Quality, Delivery, and Customer service.
• Review Suppliers & Service Providers’ Performances & Compliance.
• Creation of Annual orders following Contract conditions & communication to users & vendors.
• Keep Internal Customer satisfaction & Vendor relationship management.
• Contribution to Complicit Management between user & vendor
• Promote and contribute to OH&S targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ Physical Science /Commerce /General Management/ Material & Inventory Management/procurement.
• 1-year working experience in cement or other heavy manufacturing industry.
• 2-year experience of procurement.
• Experience in SAP MM.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Good in interpersonal business relationship.
• Local Labour law.
• Local Import procedure.
• Customs clearing.
• Inco terms & import duty calculation.
• Dealing with difficult users.
• Dealing with vendors with less bargaining power.
• Hard working & alignment to work extended hours.
• Good communication skill in local language & English.
• Good memory of previous event of each transaction.
