Axoros (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing digital services company, is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Sales Agent to conduct outbound calls and engage potential clients for our partner platforms. The role involves explaining service features, assisting with onboarding, and driving client engagement across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in Hindi, Tamil, and English.
• Present and promote partner services professionally.
• Manage leads and client details in the CRM.
• Follow up and convert leads to active users.
• Meet monthly engagement and conversion goals.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer service (BPO preferred).
• Excellent spoken communication in English / Tamil / Hindi)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
