Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and operational execution of Traditional Media, Marketing Operations, and Creative Agency functions.
Manage high-impact media planning and execution across TV, Radio, Press, and OOH platforms in partnership with leading agencies.
Drive over 400 brand and sponsorship events annually, ensuring flawless delivery, compliance, and ROI optimization.
Oversee the creation and rollout of 160+ creative projects monthly, ensuring speed-to-market and brand consistency.
Manage multimillion-rupee marketing budgets, sponsorship portfolios, and procurement processes with precision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CXOs and key external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and growth.
Foster a high-performing, agile team culture with a focus on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/Management preferred.
CIM/SLIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification is a plus.
10 - 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing operations leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing traditional media, creative agencies, event execution, and stakeholder relationships.
