Job Description

We are looking out for a dynamic individual to join our client company as an Accountant, who can work remotely within their practice, following Australian working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST).

Requirements:

• A candidate with 3-5 years experience in a professional practice.
• Professional qualifications in Accounting.
• Experience in Australian tax and financial statement preparation.
• High attention to details and accuracy is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts for clients: This necessitates the reconciliation of various accounts as required. All work is done on their firm’s standard computerized workpapers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly BAS returns.
• Prepare Year end Financial statements.
• Prepare Year End ITR’s.
• Use MYOB AccountRight or Xero to update client files, correct as needed and enter prepare payroll details.
