Our client a renowned engineering solutions provider with over 45 years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Human Resources and Administration to join their leadership team. They serve critical sectors including Power, Railways, Defense, Industrial Automation and E-Mobility through global partnerships with industry leaders.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Human Resources and Administration functions across the organization.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Drive talent acquisition, retention and succession planning to support business growth.
Manage performance appraisal cycles, training and development and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and ethical business standards.
Oversee general administration, facilities management and support services.
Oversee company vehicle fleet management including maintenance schedules, running charts, fuel consumption and cost efficiency tracking.
Partner with leadership teams to build a high-performance, motivated and collaborative culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR & Administration with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws, HR best practices and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in managing performance management systems, talent development and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably with prior experience in industries such as engineering, apparel, manufacturing, finance or diversified conglomerates.
