Vice President - Finance (IT Cluster)

We invite an exceptional individual to join VAmbeon Holdings PLC as the Vice President -Finance (IT Cluster). The Vice President - Finance for the IT Cluster is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the IT Cluster within the Group. This role involves preparing detailed financial reports and formulating strategies to maximize shareholder value to ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the IT Cluster. 

Core Responsibilities: 

• Engaging in strategic financial management, including planning and directing financial goals, objectives, and budgets for the IT cluster. 
• Analyzing the financial performance of the IT cluster and providing strategic insights for decision-making. 
• Reviewing the annual budget for the IT cluster and maintaining performance indicators to monitor financial outcomes. 
• Overseeing and managing investments in IT projects and assessing associated financial risks. 
• Overseeing the financial aspects of the cluster's supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
• Evaluating the financial viability and return on investment (ROI) for new IT projects, services, and innovations.
• Identifying and driving cost optimization initiatives within the IT cluster to improve profitability and operational efficiency. 
• Ensuring financial reporting aligns with IT industry standards, helping the IT cluster remain competitive and compliant. 
• Managing cash flow for the IT cluster, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and growth initiatives. 

Qualifications and Experience:  

• Active membership in CA/CIMA/ACCA. 
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of post-qualifying experience, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity in a reputed organization. 
• Exceptional track record in finance, with strong knowledge of treasury, investment appraisal, and financial operations.
• Exposure to the IT industry, with supply chain management experience being an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and modern ERP systems.
