We are looking
a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Manager to manage and
grow relationships with our clients across various international markets. The
role focuses on ensuring high client satisfaction by delivering timely updates,
resolving issues, and supporting supply chain performance. This is an
office-based, day-shift position with occasional flexibility to align with
client time zones when required.
Key
Responsibilities
Act
as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Monitor
and manage inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply chain
performance for each client account.
Conduct
regular client meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) and maintain clear,
professional communication.
Track
and report on KPIs such as Run Out Days, In-Stock Rate, and Demand
Accuracy (minimum 85%).
