Weare seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive- Operations & Administration
to join our dynamic accounting team. This unique role is the backbone of our operational efficiency,
focusing on all non-accounting administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be a

Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact for all team members, ensuring clear communication and
alignment on operational goals.
Coordinate, liaise, and schedule team meetings and client-related tasks.
Track and monitor team deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are
maintained.
Keep team members accountable for their work, providing regular feedback and support to
enhance performance.
2. Administration & Operations:
Streamline and manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, record
keeping, and process optimization.
Oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience for clients and staff.
Implement and maintain systems for task management, project tracking, and document control.
3. Business Development & Marketing Support:
Work closely with the Australian business partner to understand business objectives and assist in
implementing growth strategies.
Provide basic marketing assistance, including making outbound calls and managing email
correspondence with stakeholders.
Assist with updating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms in collaboration
with the marketing team.
Take on a vested interest in the growth and development of the business, actively contributing
ideas and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar administrative, operational, or coordination role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage
relationships effectively.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
A high degree of proactivity and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in project management and communication tools (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Teams).
A basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
