Executive – Architectural Draughtsman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and documents for various projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software to produce high-quality drawings
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
• Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Draughtsmanship or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural draughtsmanship
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working in an architectural firm or similar environment
• Knowledge of local building regulations and codes
• Certification in AutoCAD or Revit
