We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and
driving sales growth by meeting clients directly in the field. This role
requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability
to achieve sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned
territories.
Visit potential and existing customers to present products and
services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage
repeat business.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales
presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, Customer
service & fulfilment) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards
in the marketplace.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer
relationships.
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business
development is an added advantage
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
