Job Description
The Customer Service & Fulfilment agent
will be the first point of contact for customers, He/She will be responsible
for delivering excellent service through phone, email, and online platforms and
also will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process,
ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. The role involves handling
inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and ensuring a positive
customer experience in line with company standards
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email,
and chat.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional
manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and
company policies.
Maintain customer records and update account information in the
system.
Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, fulfilment)
to ensure smooth operations.
Gather and relay customer feedback to management for service
improvement.
Meet or exceed set customer service performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as
part of a team.
Minimum 01 years of experience in customer service or a related
field will be an added advantage
