We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on pipeline and performance.
Mentor and support junior sales executives to drive team success.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and expand the customer base.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [insert industry – e.g., FMCG, Real Estate, IT Solutions, Manufacturing, etc.].
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
