Global Vinyl Pvt Ltd, a leading vinyl company
in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand,
responsible for driving sales, cultivating strong customer relationships, and
ensuring the showroom operates at peak performance. This role is crucial for
converting showroom visitors into loyal customers by providing exceptional
product expertise and a world-class service experience.
Key
Responsibilities
Sales
& Target Achievement: Actively engage with customers to
understand their needs and guide them through our product range. Drive and
exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the showroom.
Product
Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date
knowledge of all in-house vinyl products, including their features,
benefits, and applications. Develop a deep understanding of competing
products in the market to effectively highlight our unique value
proposition.
Customer
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
relationships with customers. Provide personalized consultations, follow
up on inquiries, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure a
seamless and positive experience.
Showroom
Excellence: Ensure the showroom is maintained in
pristine condition, with all displays, samples, and promotional materials
presented in an optimal and aesthetically pleasing manner. Proactively
identify and address any issues related to the showroom's appearance or
functionality.
Reporting
& Administrative Duties: Report daily sales performance and
customer feedback to the Head of Sales. Accurately process sales orders
and transactions.
Marketing
& Sales Support: Collaborate with the Head of Sales on
various sales and marketing initiatives. Assist in planning and executing
promotional events, product launches, and other activities designed to
increase showroom footfall and brand visibility.
Qualifications
& Requirements
Proven
experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the building
materials, home décor, or a related industry.
A
strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and trust with a diverse range of customers.
Proactive,
self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
A
positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
