The Head of Marketing will lead the brand’s marketing strategy, oversee campaigns, and coordinate with the design, video editing, and social media teams to deliver impactful, results-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media & Content: Oversee social media presence, manage posting schedules, and ensure engaging, on-brand content.
Brand Growth: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide marketing direction.
Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
