As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You’ll collaborate with our Content Creator and other team members to expand the company's presence across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategy, consistent brand messaging across social media, website, email, PR, and partnerships to establish the company toy products as a top sustainable baby toy brand.
Plan and oversee product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations while identifying industry trends and consumer insights to refine our marketing efforts.
Conduct competitor analysis, identify market gaps and opportunities to improve the positioning of company Toys within the market.
Conducting research on consumer behavior, buying patterns and using data to continuously optimize campaigns and messaging.
Build relationships through partnerships, ambassador/affiliate program, collaborations to increase brand reach .
Collaborate and execute engaging content and content driven campaign with the Content Creator for social media.
Monitor social media engagement and optimize content based on performance while aligning the content with brand messaging and storytelling initiatives.
Build customer retention strategies and work with the Content Creator to develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo or a similar platform.
Tracking and optimizing automation flows for cart abandonment, new customers, product recommendations and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Track and monitor marketing performance, brand awareness, engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and social media insights to guide strategy.
Manage and update the company Toys Shopify store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are up-to-date while optimizing product pages for SEO, conversions, and a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or eCommerce (preferably in the toy, baby, or consumer goods industry).
Strong understanding of competitor analysis, market research, and brand positioning.
Experience in influencer marketing, PR, and partnership campaigns.
Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing (Klaviyo), and content marketing strategies.
Knowledge of SEO, organic growth strategies, and social media marketing with basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website performance tracking.
Experience in managing a Shopify store (product updates, minor theme edits, and SEO best practices).
Familiarity with such analytics tools as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics etc.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
