Staff members to join our team. The ideal candidate's will be
responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and
contributing to the growth of the company by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential
customers to promote and sell products/services.
Provide accurate information about
products/services to customers.
Develop and maintain strong
customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve or exceed monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales,
customer interactions, and transactions.
Follow up on leads and conduct
cold calls or field visits as required.
Prepare and deliver sales
presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing
team to improve brand awareness and reach.
Provide feedback on customer
preferences, market trends, and competitors.
Ensure customer satisfaction and
resolve complaints or issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma, Bachelor's
degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales at
least 2 years, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive
abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for
achieving results.
Ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
Basic computer skills are a
plus.
Willingness to travel or work
flexible hours, if required.
