Responsibilities:
Conduct regular meetings with contractors, architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
Drive business development and specification services through strategic project mapping and effective handling of incoming enquiries.
Ensure all tendering and documentation processes are carried out in strict adherence to company policies.
Submit project specifications within defined timelines and follow up consistently to ensure successful project completion.
Introduce the complete portfolio of company products to clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and product awareness.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and solution-oriented selling.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager for performance tracking and strategic planning.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or related qualification.
2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar role or from an architectural firm with design & specification background.
Good relationship with Architects, Contractors, Interior designers will be an added advantage.
Excellent PR skills (including verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala), and proficiency in the MS Office suite (MS Excel and Power point).
Being resourceful, self-driven, and proactive.
