Requirements:
Certification: CPO® (Certified Pool Operator) or equivalent required
Experience: Minimum 2 years in professional pool maintenance and repair
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pool system engineering
Electrical troubleshooting (120V-240V systems)
Plumbing repair and installation expertise
Physical: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in all weather conditions
Licensing: Valid driver's license with clean record
