Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Present, demonstrate, and promote products/services to potential clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups to secure long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Track sales performance, maintain records, and submit reports to management.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to improve products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales meetings as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role (industry-specific experience a plus).
Skills:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
